Cooking is one of my absolute favorite things to do!


And, oh my gosh, give me a holiday like Thanksgiving and I’m in heaven!


The smells of cinnamon and apples, blasting my favorite playlist, setting the table with the good china, having friends and family over to share a home cooked meal with......Thanksgiving is the BEST!


But, I didn't always feel this way about Thanksgiving.....or cooking.


My first Thanksgiving was a DISASTER -- I'm talking turkey that never thawed and burnt pecan pie.

But I've learned a TON since that first Thanksgiving.


I've learned how to save time and prep ahead.


With tons of practice and trial and error, I've learned how to cook ridiculously delicious food that's full of flavor.
